About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a hospital-based Medical-Surgical team in a permanent position.

This opportunity is open to both experienced nurses and new graduate RNs. You will work alongside an experienced healthcare team while providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to Medical-Surgical patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• $29.00 – $43.00 per hour, based on education and experience
• Additional $2.00/hour shift and weekend differential
• Up to $5,000 relocation allowance
• Permanent employment
• 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirement
• New graduates welcome to apply

Relocation assistance will be discussed in greater detail during the interview.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

New Graduates

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to MedSurg patients
• Assess patients and monitor changes in their condition
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital policies
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical protocols
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Support a positive and collaborative patient-care environment
