Join an established, physician-owned rheumatology practice in the Denver metro, where strong patient demand lets you build a full practice quickly. This outpatient role offers a clear 1-2 year partnership track, substantial earning potential, and the autonomy to grow your own patient base with solid support behind you. With no hospital responsibilities, flexible scheduling, and an established referral pipeline, you can focus on patient care and practice growth.

The Practice

• Join four established rheumatologists in an independent, physician-owned practice with more than 40 years in the Denver metro
• Significant existing demand: 150-200 new referrals weekly and 3,000+ patients waiting to be seen
• Full billing, scheduling, and administrative support, plus in-house infusion services across three outpatient locations
• Very light 1:5 phone call for your own patients only, taken from home, with no hospital rounding, inpatient consults, or hospital call

The Schedule

• Choose 4 days with 10-hour days or 5 days with 8-hour days
• 36 patient-facing hours plus 4 administrative hours each week
• About 20 patients per day once established, with room to increase volume based on your goals

Compensation & Benefits

• 250K-275K guaranteed salary, depending on experience
• 10K signing bonus and up to 5K in relocation assistance
• Partnership in 1-2 years, potentially sooner once production exceeds salary
• Eat-what-you-kill partner model, with 400K-600K+ cited as a conservative range and top producers earning more
• Malpractice coverage with qualifying tail, and flexible PTO based on productivity

Who You Are

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology, with certification expected within three years of hire
• All career stages welcome, including graduating fellows
• Comfortable with a broad patient mix, including autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia
• Interested in partnership, ownership, and building a high-volume outpatient practice

The Location

Practice in Englewood with easy access to the greater Denver metro, across a three-location footprint. With no inpatient duties and a 4- or 5-day week, you'll have more time for Denver-area amenities and Colorado's outdoor recreation.
