Our client is seeking two experienced HCL Configuration Engineers to support deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of enterprise AI platforms including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of experience in configuration engineering, SaaS platform administration, and enterprise application deployment. You will partner with engineering and platform teams to configure, optimize, and support large-scale SaaS environments that enable AI capabilities across the organization. Immediate start is preferred with a quick interview process. Engagement runs through December 2026 with strong likelihood of extension into 2027. Rate is flexible based on experience and fit for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, administer, and maintain HCL-based platforms and applications.
• Support enterprise SaaS deployments and platform rollouts.
• Implement and manage platform configurations, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
• Partner with engineering teams to support AI platform deployments involving Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Troubleshoot platform, configuration, and deployment issues across multiple environments.
• Support release management, testing, validation, and production deployments.
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and adherence to governance standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations teams.

Experience Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in Configuration Engineering, SaaS Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application deployments.
• Understanding of system configuration, environment management, and platform operations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex application and configuration issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Experience with HCL technologies and platforms.
• Preferred: Exposure to Generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.
• Preferred: Experience supporting AI platform deployments within enterprise organizations.
• Preferred: Familiarity with identity and access management, governance, and security controls.
• Preferred: Consulting or professional services experience.
