Home Health PTA

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) . Key Responsibilities Include Delivering therapy services based on the established Plan of Care Helping patients improve mobility, strength, endurance, and balance Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately Communicating effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team Educating patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Qualifications Active Florida license as a PTA Preferred minimum of 1 year home health experience Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Preferred Skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation standards Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Include Flexible scheduling Competitive per-visit pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for referral and caseload growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
