Our company has been proudly serving customers for over 100 years , and we’re looking for a motivated RV & Marine Salesperson to join our team and uphold the tradition of exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Do
- Guide customers through the RV and marine buying process with friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism
- Build strong relationships by listening to customer needs and offering the best solutions
- Demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional buying experience
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current inventory and offerings
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience (RV or marine experience a plus, but not required)
- A customer‑focused, outgoing, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission‑based environment
- A team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
Compensation
- Each new employee will start with a three-month base wage of $4000.00 per month to help get off the ground and running. We understand that this can be a challenging process in the beginning and we are acutely aware that individuals may need a base wage to be successful.
- Our compensation plan is among the best in the industry, offering the right candidate the opportunity to earn well over six figures.
