salesQB is looking for rock star V.P.s of Sales, CROs, and top-performing salespeople to serve SMBs as a fractional sales leader. Qualifications 15 Years of Sales Excellence: You’ve spent decades driving sales and hitting targets, but perhaps you’re tired of making money for someone else. Desire for More Control: You’re too experienced to be micromanaged or have to execute impossible goals for ungrateful CFOs or boards. Passion for Helping Small Businesses: You want to leverage your skills to help small companies grow and thrive. Ready to be a Sales Consultant: You’re eager to transition into a role where you can be more of your own boss and make a direct impact. Proven Sales Leadership: You’ve managed teams, strategized sales processes, and consistently delivered results; you’re done with the endless meetings, corporate red tape, and lack of recognition. Enthusiastic About Discovering and Implementing Sales Processes: You enjoy uncovering the proven and repeatable sales processes that drive success. Skilled in Lead Generation and Sales Leverage: You know how to unearth more leads and add both digital and non-digital leverage to sales teams. Expertise in Designing Management Structures: You can create effective management and accountability structures that work. Sales Team Coaching Experience: You have a knack for coaching and improving the performance of sales teams; you prefer building long-term relationships and managing processes on a contract basis; you can spot when a business needs help, whether the owner is acting as the sales manager, there’s no current sales manager, an underperforming sales manager, or a salesperson stepping in. Commitment to Excellence: You believe that sales leadership should be left to highly skilled sales leaders and not just anyone, especially people who don’t understand sales; you possess deep knowledge of sales management, sales improvement, and sales coaching; your history of sales management success speaks for itself.
