Apartment Community Leasing Agent
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to turn strong tours into signed leases. Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour, depending on experience. DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications:- 6+ months apartment / multi-family leasing experience
- Familiar with Fair Housing and leasing best practices
- Valid government-issued ID
- Comfortable with phones, email, and customer-facing sales conversations
- (If required) Available to work weekends / peak touring hours
- Greet and tour prospective residents; follow up to drive move-ins
- Communicate the value and living experience of the community
- Secure lease agreements and assist with application/screening steps
- Track leads, manage leasing pipeline, and maintain strong prospect communication
- Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating renewal process
- Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed
- Property management software experience (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, etc.)
- Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or tax credit (LIHTC) experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
