Territory Manager- Shockwave Medical (Memphis, TN)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical in Memphis, Tennessee, to drive sales of intravascular lithotripsy devices for cardiovascular disease treatment. The role focuses on building physician relationships, case coverage in catheter labs, and meeting sales quotas within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians
• Conduct consultative sales calls with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons
• Attend procedures in operating rooms to advise on product usage and identify physician needs
• Meet assigned sales and revenue objectives for the territory
• Complete sales reports, expense tracking, and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 2 years territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences, cardiovascular preferred
• Proven sales experience with catheter technology and vascular disease treatments
• Ability to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets independently
• Valid driver's license and FDA clearance for medical device work
• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians and hospital decision-makers
• In-depth product knowledge and clinical communication abilities
