Our rustic yet elegant Adirondack-style lodge and spectacular cottage collection is perched alongside quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, while surrounded by 1,900 picture-perfect "Close to Nature" park acres. Responsibilities Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for events. Serve as the bartender, including clearing and tearing down rooms at the end of the function. Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests. Act as cashier for the banquet beverage bar. Maintain consistent quality service through professional food and beverage service in the banquet department. Carry out policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Hospitality. Ensure adherence to liquor laws and rules of the State of West Virginia and beverage service policies of Stonewall Resort. Apply knowledge of Triple "A" Four Diamond service standards, drink recipes, and wine service. Serve beverages in proper glassware with proper garnish and present liquor properly on banquet bars. Ensure proper set up of the back bar table and follow function sheet details regarding set‑up, service, and breakdown of beverage functions. Maintain lines of communication with supervisors and guests to fulfill needs. Attend all meetings as required. Utilize property layout and direct guests using daily event and function sheets. Ensure accuracy of any "add-on" sheets. Maintain uniform and grooming standards as outlined in the employee handbook. Always maintain product on the bar and house bank during function. Maintain accurate pouring and collection of payment for all drinks. Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior. Be knowledgeable in banquet server requirements and operate similarly as a server. Qualifications Experience with high‑volume bartending at banquet events. Excellent customer service, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
