Engineering and Operations PlannerThe Opportunity:Serve as the Action Officer responsible for managing operational requirements for a Joint Engineer staff, including task oversight, operational planning, Joint exercise preparation. Represent the Joint Engineer in meetings and ensure timely execution of assigned actions. Provide in‑depth technical expertise in Joint Engineer operations to analyze orders and support deliberate, contingency, and crisis planning. Offer guidance to Operational Planning Groups, Boards, Bureaus, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups. Draft, coordinate, and secure approval for operations orders and plans for subordinate commands, external partners, and INDOPACOM staff. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
