Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI) | $250K–$350K Base + Equity We’re partnering with a high-growth AI startup building production AI agents that automate complex enterprise data engineering. Their platform is already trusted by some of the world’s largest enterprises, and they’re expanding their AI engineering team. What You’ll Do Build production AI agents with planning, reasoning, retrieval, and decision-making Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, and knowledge graph systems Improve agent quality through evals, hallucination mitigation, and production monitoring Work across Python, LLMs, distributed systems, and backend infrastructure What They’re Looking For 4+ years of software engineering experience Strong Python and backend engineering skills Experience shipping production AI agents, RAG, coding agents, or LLM-powered products Passion for building reliable AI systems used by real customers San Mateo, CA (Hybrid 2–5 days/week) $250,000–$350,000 base + equity If you’ve taken AI products from prototype to production and enjoy solving challenging engineering problems, I’d love to chat. #J-18808-Ljbffr Acceler8 Talent
