RN Coordinator Clinical Programs

How you’ll make an impact in this role Develop and oversee patient care programs, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures. Create, implement, and document individualized care plans and therapy programs. Monitor and ensure therapy plans are carried out effectively, including securing necessary equipment and resources. Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff to support quality patient care. Coordinate, compile, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and records. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we’re seeking Bachelor’s degree required.
