Work Environment

This role is performed onsite in a home care setting, where you will visit patients at their residences. Our home care model allows for flexibility and closer interactions with clients, customizing treatments based on their specific environments and needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a comprehensive review of medical histories and specific assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, encouraging their involvement in goal-setting processes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's condition and progress, adapting methods as necessary to align with evolving healthcare practices.
• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, recognizing changes in conditions that require adjustments to treatment plans or further medical consultation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
