Work Environment

This is an onsite position that involves direct patient interaction in the comfort of their homes. You will be working full-time, with a structured 40-hour work week that may include variable weekends to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Trust Point Physical Therapy, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
• Designing individualized treatment plans that address specific functional challenges and promote recovery.
• Administering effective therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise instruction, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Engaging in collaborative discussions with the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and patients' physicians for optimal patient outcomes.
• Documenting treatments and patient progress accurately in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, enabling them to contribute effectively to patient care.
• Participating in community outreach and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance health outcomes within the local population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with various rehabilitation needs, including orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. You will take a patient-centered approach, collaborating closely with individuals, their families, and caregivers to expedite recovery and educate them on ongoing health management strategies.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring lawful practice.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, enabling effective interactions with patients and healthcare colleagues.
• Competency in using various computer and word processing systems necessary for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, which allows for a strong foundation in developing treatment strategies and managing patient care effectively. Compensation and Benefits

Trust Point Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, in line with your experience and expertise.
