Event Support Staff

Hours: Approximately 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM on Fourth Friday event dates Minimum Age: 16 years old Uptown Westerville Inc. is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to assist with the operation of our popular Fourth Friday street festivals. This position plays a vital role in helping create a safe, welcoming, and successful event experience for thousands of visitors. Responsibilities Responsibilities Include: Assisting with event set-up and tear-down Delivering, setting up, and storing event equipment Setting up tents, tables, chairs, trash receptacles, and event signage Running extension cords and assisting with basic event logistics Monitoring event areas during the festival and responding to staff requests Assisting vendors, performers, and event attendees as directed Collecting and removing trash throughout the event Cleaning and restoring event areas following the festival Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods This is a great opportunity for students, individuals seeking part-time work, or anyone interested in supporting community events while gaining hands-on event experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
