Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments with patients to establish detailed treatment goals and objectives based on their individual circumstances.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific mental health diagnoses.

• Maintaining and updating accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate and enhance the quality of care given to every patient.

• Engaging in regular peer review sessions and team consultations to share insights and strategies that improve patient outcomes.

• Providing education and emotional support to patients and their families, guiding them through mental health challenges while informing them about available community resources.

• Staying informed on the latest research advancements in mental health and integrating evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult patients facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and grief associated with end-of-life issues in a hospice context. This role demands a strong sensitivity to personal experiences, allowing you to build trusting relationships that foster open communication.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years’ experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n
