You are responsible for developing new business within retirement services and meeting annual standards and criteria for New Business production. You will meet with prospects to discuss Frost services and advantages of proper planning and obtains necessary information. You have opportunity to participate in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bank. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Initiates contacts for developing and booking new business and works internal referrals to the appropriate Wealth Advisors groupMakes and documents outside calls on prospects, customers, and referral sourcesMeets with prospects to discuss Frost services and advantages of proper planning and obtains necessary informationMaintains a continuing relationship with existing customers and referral sources within the community to develop goodwill and develop additional businessEnsures that mailing lists are maintained and participates in the development of advertising strategies of servicesReports on all calls/sales madeParticipates in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bankMonitors and maintains the appropriate referral reward program in designated areas of business development effortsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline; or, 5+ years related experienceFINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain within 90 daysProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and time management abilityAdditional Preferred Skills:3+ years investment related sales experience and client interaction experienceMaster's Degree in Business, Economics, or related disciplineOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
