Role The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities Ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities among staff to deliver quality nursing services. Maintain professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred. Valid Georgia RN license or multistate license required. BCLS certification required. Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
