We're looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc. Time: :30 hours/week (≈4 days/week) Duration: :3-4 months, with potential for extension Location: Remote (US-based) Comp: Competitive hourly rate Roles you'll recruit for: Medical Writers Account Executive Assistant Medical Writer Business Development Coordinator Project Coordinator Requirements What we're looking for:
- Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles
- Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)
- Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Prioritizes quality over volume
