Summary: As the case management coordinator/social service associate, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the department. You must be self-motivating and have the ability to prioritize and complete assignments on her/his own initiative.

Qualifications: Education: Administrative medical assistant degree. Experience: Two years of prior support in case management preferred. Required skills: Advanced computer skills-proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Effective verbal communication skills and problem solving skills.
