Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftLocation: Wheat Ridge, COShift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Paid 30-minute lunch)Saturday Rotation: Approximately every other Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMPay: $36.00 - $40.00/hourAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a highly tenured maintenance team in a fast-paced, heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This is a long-term opportunity with the goal of converting to a permanent employee. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, takes initiative, works well independently, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.The maintenance team is close-knit and values individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a "go-getter" mentality. Overtime opportunities are common, especially during peak production periods and holiday seasons.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.Perform mechanical maintenance on roller conveyors, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase/480V equipment.Install, replace, adjust, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic components.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment diagrams.Perform light fabrication, welding, and machining work as needed.Lubricate, clean, inspect, and maintain plant equipment.Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.Follow all safety policies and procedures in a high-volume manufacturing environment.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.Experience working with:HydraulicsPneumaticsGearboxesMotorsConveyor systems3-phase/480V electrical systemsExperience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).MIG and Stick welding experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.Must be comfortable working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.Willingness to work overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience with corrugated manufacturing equipment or box plant operations.PLC troubleshooting experience.Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics.Strong fabrication and machining experience.Work EnvironmentHeavy industrial manufacturing facility.Fast-paced, continuous production environment.Approximately:90% Mechanical Maintenance10% Electrical MaintenanceTeam-oriented culture with excellent employee tenure and long-term career growth opportunities.Why Apply?Competitive pay: $36.00 - $40.00/hourRegular pay reviews every 90 daysStrong potential for permanent hireStable, long-term career opportunitySupportive and experienced maintenance teamOvertime opportunities available
