What You'll Do

• Provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care in the operating room environment.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient status during procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards, maintaining patient safety at all times.
• Educate patients and families on perioperative procedures and post-op care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately within the nursing team to support efficient workflow.

What You Need
Required:

• Current RN Licensure in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications (from American Heart Association)
• At least 2 years of OR or perioperative nursing experience
• Experience working with confidential information in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and delegation skills

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Basic computer proficiency
