Come join our team and learn what it takes to run a successful Farmers insurance agency. You will have the support of the district office team who has a combined 50 years of experience in the insurance industry. As an insurance sales representative you will be an integral part of the team in driving the growth of the agency. Providing coverages to your customers that willprotect their assets and ensure customer service satifaction. This role will require strong leadership skills, industry expertise and a passion for creating strong relationships.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train and mentor a high performing team of insurance agents and support staff.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and industry partners to enhance business opportunities and client retention.
- Oversee the day to day operations, including sales performances, marketing strategies and administrative functions.
- Stay informed with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulotory requirements governing the insurance industry.
- Candidate must be willing to obtain property and casualty licenses
- Experience with sales, business, finance, management or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a dedication to achieve results and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in technology platforms.
