Regional Operations Manager

Location: Eastern/Central Pennsylvania & Northern Ohio About the Opportunity: Our client, a rapidly growing multi-site dental organization, is seeking Regional Managers to oversee portfolios of practices across Pennsylvania and Ohio. These are highly field-focused operational leadership positions, with responsibility for approximately 5-7 practices on average and direct leadership of Practice Managers across each region. The successful individuals will take ownership of operational performance, team development, practice growth and execution across their portfolios, whilst remaining highly visible within the practices they support. These are not remote positions. Regional Managers are expected to spend the majority of their time within practices and must be comfortable travelling regularly throughout their designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership across approximately 5-7 dental practices Lead, coach and develop Practice Managers across the region Take accountability for financial performance, operational efficiency and patient experience Analyse practice-level KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement Support under-performing practices and implement improvement plans Drive execution of operational initiatives and company-wide best practices Partner closely with doctors, Practice Managers and senior operational leadership Identify staffing and training requirements across individual practices Support newly acquired, developing and established practices across the portfolio Build strong relationships with clinical and operational teams Maintain a highly visible presence within practices across the territory Step into practices operationally when additional leadership support is required Support continued growth as the organization expands across Pennsylvania and Ohio Ideal Background: 5+ years of multi-site dental operations / practice management experience Current or recent experience within a DSO or multi-site dental organization is essential Prior P&L and operational performance responsibility Strong understanding of dental operations, PPO insurance and practice-level KPIs Experience coaching and developing Practice Managers Strong relationship-building skills with dentists and clinical teams Experience supporting acquisitions, de novos, practice growth or operational turnarounds beneficial Ability to recognize when a practice is under-performing and implement appropriate solutions Hands-on, field-oriented leadership style Comfortable stepping into practices and supporting teams directly when required Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly Must have significant flexibility around travel, including occasional evenings/weekends where operationally required Why This Role: Regional ownership across a growing multi-site portfolio Direct responsibility for practice performance and team development Significant exposure to VP and executive-level operational leadership Opportunity to support both established and growing dental practices Join a rapidly expanding DSO with continued growth planned across both markets Scope to increase portfolio responsibility as the organization continues to scale #J-18808-Ljbffr
