A premier global investment banking and wealth management firm is seeking two high-performing Financial Advisors to join our expanding advisory teams in the San Francisco, New York, Houston, and Chicago markets.

Two Distinct Career Paths1. Advisor Development TrackPartner with a Seasoned Senior AdvisorIdeal for advisors looking to accelerate growth through mentorship, advanced planning exposure, and institutional support.
Compensation- Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
- Performance Bonuses
- Total Compensation Potential: Up to $250,000+ annually
- Direct mentorship from a senior advisor

Compensation- 80%–85% Commission Payout
- Total Compensation Potential: $325,000–$450,000+ annually

- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
