Business Analyst II with Security Clearance

Location: Alexandria, Va Required Clearance: Secret Clearance Required Education: BS/BA degree Required Experience: 5 years relevant experience (an additional 4 years experience may be substituted in lieu of degree). Responsibilities Analyzes business processes, task activities, and reporting needs to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of O&E and IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations dashboards. Gathers, documents, and validates functional and reporting requirements from Government stakeholders and program teams to ensure dashboards reflect accurate task status, metrics, and dependencies. Supports the development of program- and project‑specific dashboard filters, data views, and reporting structures that enable effective monitoring and decision‑making. Assists with data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks to ensure dashboard content aligns with underlying task reports, schedules, and program documentation. Collaborates with the Scrum Master, UI/UX Analyst, and technical teams to translate business requirements into clear, usable dashboard features and reporting outputs. Qualifications Must possess a Secret Clearance. Master's Degree (Desired).
