Your Role at Clorox

The purpose of this position is to perform all day-to-day activities, with focus on raw materials and finished goods handling, to achieve the department and business objectives. Day-to-day general direction is provided by the Distribution Lead. Starting Pay Rate: $26.00/HR + $1.35 Shift Differential Work Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule - Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on - Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

Responsibilities

• Load and unload all loads of finished goods and raw materials as assigned.
• Move and position finished product or raw materials into designated areas within the facility.
• Conduct basic palletizer and de-palletizer operations to include unloading of finished goods, supplying product platforms, and assisting to resolve operational problems.
• Safely and efficiently operate all material handling equipment, to include batteries and chargers.
• Maintain all safety, GMP, and area housekeeping standards.
• Comply with all customer service requirements.
• Perform physical and cycle counts.
• Perform query and entry functions in SAP.
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RF devices.
• Maintain current Clorox Forklift Certification.
• Train other FTOs.
• Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience utilizing different types of forklifts (standup, sit-down, cherry picker, etc.)
• Successful completion of core competency training.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
• Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
• Completion of level appropriate skill blocks.
