Job Title: Help Desk Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ 85021 Duration: 03 Months Job Description: Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical and application support for Human Services users, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and business continuity. Responsibilities: Provide phone, email, ticket, remote, and onsite support. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1/Tier 2 issues. Support user accounts, access, permissions, password resets, and unlocks. Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system. Triage application, infrastructure, data, and security issues. Support system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Create knowledge articles, SOPs, user guides, and training materials. High school diploma/GED required. ProKatchers
