Strategic Procurement & Contracts Specialist

The Division of Administrative Services in West Virginia seeks a Procurement Specialist to execute full-performance level purchasing for agencies under the DHS and DAS. Under supervision, you will write, review, publish, evaluate and award bids within deadlines, monitor contracts, and track performance. You’ll implement changes for renewals and price adjustments as needed. You will assist with sourcing through market research, determine cost-effective procurement methods, coordinate deliveries #J-18808-Ljbffr State-of-West-Virgini
