Position Summary Nacelle's plants and field crews run around the clock, and they depend on the right equipment, parts, materials, and services arriving on time, at the right cost, and recorded correctly. The Supply Chain team makes that happen across both of our businesses, and the Procurement Specialist is at the center of it. The Supply Chain Procurement Specialist manages purchase requisitions and purchase orders from request through reconciled invoice, coordinates vendor onboarding, and keeps supplier master data accurate in our ERP system. The role also leads the procurement side of bringing new customer accounts on board: setting up suppliers, transitioning open purchase orders, and loading inventory data so that operations continue without interruption. You will succeed in this role if you bring solid procurement operations experience, care about clean data and clean process, and want to build scalable, efficient ways of working rather than repeat the same manual steps. Essential Functions Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including requisition processing, purchase order creation, order tracking and expediting, and invoice reconciliation. Maintain accurate supplier master data and procurement records in the ERP system so that purchasing activity flows correctly to accounting and the general ledger. Coordinate vendor onboarding and complete supplier assessments when required. Source equipment, materials, and services on time and at a competitive cost when a need arises. Lead procurement activities for new customer account onboarding, including supplier setup, purchase order transition, and inventory data loading, and coordinate with site and customer teams to maintain continuity of inventory and supplier relationships. Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Improve procurement workflows, tools, and reporting, and help develop standard operating procedures for procurement and data management. Assist with physical inventories as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations. Working knowledge of the purchase-to-pay process and how purchasing activity affects accounting and the general ledger. Hands-on experience with the procurement module of an ERP system, including maintaining supplier master data. Organized and accurate: able to manage many open orders and deadlines at once and keep records tied out. Clear, constructive communicator with vendors, site teams, and customers, including in negotiations and under deadline pressure. A record of following through: you own each order from requisition to reconciled invoice and work as one team with Operations, Accounting, and site leads. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with SAP Business ByDesign or another SAP, Oracle, or Coupa procurement platform. Background in the energy, agriculture, or industrial sectors. Familiarity with renewable natural gas technologies and dairy farm operations. Experience supporting customer or site transitions, acquisitions, or system migrations.
