Advosy is expanding in the Las Vegas office, and we're looking for a proven Door-to-Door sales professional to lead the charge.

This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who loves the field, knows how to knock doors, knows how to close, and knows how to lead by doing.

The systems are already in place. We have an established sales process, proven training, operational support, marketing resources, leadership support, and a strong reputation in the home services industry.

What we need is the person who can take those resources into the field and execute.

What You'll Do

• Sell roofing and storm restoration services through door-to-door outreach, networking, canvassing, and referrals
• Build and maintain your own personal sales pipeline while developing the Las Vegas team
• Lead from the front by consistently producing in the field
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop new outside sales representatives
• Lead daily field training, ride-alongs, role plays, and ongoing sales coaching
• Teach reps how to prospect, set appointments, run inspections, close deals, and build their own pipelines
• Perform roof inspections, document storm damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Track team activity, production, and performance while holding reps accountable to the sales process
• Partner with our operations, leadership, recruiting, and support teams to keep deals moving
• Represent Advosy professionally and deliver an exceptional homeowner experience
• Help establish Advosy as a recognized and trusted home services brand in the Las Vegas market

No construction or labor work. This is a sales, leadership, recruiting, training, and inspection role.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is specifically designed for someone with real D2D sales experience.

You should have:

• Proven success in door-to-door sales
• A strong personal sales record
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing other salespeople
• Strong closing and communication skills
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• The ability to recruit and attract other strong salespeople
• A willingness to spend significant time in the field
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to lead by example and hold yourself and others accountable

Roofing experience is a major plus, but we will consider proven D2D leaders from solar, pest control, alarms, security, fiber, telecommunications, and other direct sales industries.
