Content Creation Account Manager

Diverse Insights is a full-service marketing agency specializing in the toy, gift, home, lifestyle, and consumer products industries. We help brands grow through strategic social media management, content creation, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and digital advertising. We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Account Manager to support client marketing initiatives and help bring engaging campaigns to life. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of exciting consumer brands, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted extension of their team. Lead client calls, provide strategic recommendations, and keep projects moving from kickoff to completion. Oversee content creation across social media, email marketing, and digital initiatives. Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging content, campaign concepts, and marketing strategies that drive results. Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client communications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth, and present insights in a way clients can actually get excited about. Help plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and sales. Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing tools to bring fresh ideas to clients.
