You'll work closely with dedicated school teams, providing assessment, intervention, and support services for students with diverse communication challenges. By collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff, you'll help empower young learners to achieve their full academic and social potential.


Ideal candidates bring:

• Active Maryland SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Deep understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and special education processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• A passion for helping children thrive

Key responsibilities:

• Assess student speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and student goals
• Provide direct therapy sessions-both individual and group-across multiple elementary schools
• Document services and progress according to district and state requirements
• Attend meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
