Contract Specialist

IDR is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture Position Overview for the Contracts Specialist : Assist with consolidating documentation for quarterly grants reports and ongoing monthly updates. Assist with contractor hour tracking, invoice reconciliation, and PO verification for Grants programs. Save vendor SAM registrations and maintain audit?ready records. Research POs, contracts, budgets, encumbrances, and project details using financial systems. Process mobility deactivations and update FIDs weekly Identify data errors and assist the mobility team in correcting them. Maintain and update dashboards for Grants projects Create requisitions and dispatch purchase orders according to purchasing procedures Submit combo code setup requests and budget transfer forms when instructed. Pick up mail weekly, create events as needed, and support meeting setup and cleanup. Required Skills for the Contracts Specialist: 2+ years of experience working with Contracts administrative duties Hands-on experience working directly with Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Grants Prior experience working with Microsoft Office for financial documentation Experience working in City/State Government environment What’s in it for you?
