Junior Support Technician(Hybrid - White House, TN)About the Role:We're seeking a motivated and technically minded Junior Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support while assisting with system administration, software applications, development, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology projects.This role will serve as a resource to the IT & Compliance Manager and provide backup support for Help Desk operations and the Software Developer. The schedule offers flexibility based on business needs, and daily hours may vary depending on workload and priorities.Why You'll Love This Role:Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of ITBlend of technical support, systems administration, software development, and cybersecurityDirect partnership with the IT & Compliance ManagerOpportunity to contribute to technology projects and process improvementsVariety of work in a fast-paced environmentWhat You'll Be Doing:Technical Support & Systems -Provide technical support related to hardware, software, applications, system access, and other technology issuesServe as backup support for Help Desk and Software Development functionsTroubleshoot technical issues involving company systems, applications, integrations, and business processesSupport user account management, system configurations, and technology onboarding and offboardingAssist with administration, maintenance, optimization, and reporting of company applications and technology platformsCoordinate with external IT vendors and software providers to resolve technical issuesMaintain documentation related to systems, configurations, processes, and proceduresDevelopment, Security & Compliance - Assist with application and code testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and system enhancementsSupport cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and information security initiativesAssist with internal and external audits by gathering documentation and tracking remediation effortsSupport IT and Development reporting related to system performance, security metrics, support trends, and operational analyticsWho You Are:Technically curious and eager to learnCustomer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable supporting both technical and non-technical employeesAble to work independently while knowing when to escalate issuesInterested in developing skills across IT support, applications, development, cybersecurity, and complianceWhat You Bring:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience1-3 years of experience in IT support, software development, or a combination of both preferredExperience supporting Windows environments and standard business applications preferredFamiliarity with modern IT systems, business applications, and support toolsBasic understanding of software development concepts, system integrations, and application workflowsKnowledge of cybersecurity and information security principlesIT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or similar are a plusCompany Overview:First Call Claims Solutions (A QRM Company) is a trusted call center with 25+ years of experience serving 1,000+ clients nationwide.
