You will ensure exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence, team leadership, and accountability for cleanliness, efficiency, and service delivery. This role serves as a key operational leader, bridging departmental execution and property-wide performance. You will lead housekeeping operations while supporting overall hotel performance, labor management, guest satisfaction, and team development.This role is ideal for someone with a strong housekeeping leadership background who is ready to expand their operational impact and grow into senior hotel leadership.Your role includes:Overseeing daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departmentsEnsuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet brand and company cleanliness standardsConducting routine room and property inspections to ensure quality and consistencyRecruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping team membersMonitoring labor productivity, staffing levels, and operational efficiencyManaging departmental inventory, including linens, supplies, and equipmentEnsuring compliance with safety standards, MSDS requirements, and company policiesAddressing guest concerns promptly in partnership with the General ManagerAssisting in monitoring labor costs, departmental performance, and operational effectivenessLeading by example to foster a culture aligned with Resolute Road Hospitality's core valuesSupporting hiring, onboarding, and training of team members across operational departmentsHelping coach and develop team members to support performance and growthEnsuring compliance with brand standards and operational proceduresResponding to guest and team member concerns with professionalism and urgencyUpholding Resolute Road Hospitality policies, procedures, and appearance standardsOther duties as assignedKnowledge, skills, and abilities include:Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and safety standardsStrong leadership and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop team membersUnderstanding of labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiencyStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsAbility to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and reporting toolsKnowledge of hotel operations and brand standards preferredEducation and experience include:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of hospitality experience requiredMinimum 2 years of housekeeping leadership requiredPrevious Housekeeping Manager or supervisory experience strongly preferredHotel operations leadership experience preferredConsistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality's standards are critical to success in this role.
