Responsibilities Verifying equipment is set up properly Verifying personnel are performing tasks properly and following procedures Ensure safety procedures are being followed Ensure a clean working area is maintained Work with maintenance to continuously improve equipment and plan projects Communicating quality issues to the quality supervisor Help operators with changeovers and perform maintenance Making sure the equipment is ready for the upcoming product Troubleshoot maintenance issues to keep equipment running Cover personnel's vacations or call-offs. Other Skills and Abilities: Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc. Operation and basic maintenance of gas-powered industrial furnaces. Familiarity with API 5CT products preferred. Must demonstrate familiarity with care and operation of basic gauges and measurement devices. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
