About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Private Equity GP Stakes team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the PE GP Stakes strategy, with a primary focus on investor relations and capital formation. This role requires a professional with a commercial and analytical background, capable of producing high-quality investor-facing materials, managing cross-functional processes, and effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing various investor materials, maintaining a global prospect pipeline, and coordinating investor meetings. The role also involves advising partner GPs on investor relations and marketing strategies, as well as providing analytical support for portfolio monitoring and investment activities. Candidates for this position should have 7 to 12 years' of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related fields within private markets. A strong candidate will have a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a working understanding of GP business models and institutional investor decision-making. While not mandatory, experience in valuation, financial diligence, or IC-level analysis is a plus. The role demands a professional who can work with minimal senior oversight, build trusted relationships, and contribute to the long-term value creation of the company's investment portfolio. The position is based in a hybrid work environment and may require some travel for investor meetings and conferences.
