Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via video conferencing or phone calls, effectively addressing the individual needs of clients in a variety of settings, including one-on-one and group therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create comprehensive care plans that address clients’ mental health needs, including referrals to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
