Job Details We are seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney to advise clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, business startups, corporate matters, and business transactions. Responsibilities Advise clients on entity formation, business startups, corporate governance, and general business matters. Handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and business transactions for a diverse client base. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related business contracts. Provide practical legal guidance on corporate structuring, business operations, and transaction strategy. Work directly with clients, partners, and attorneys in a collaborative boutique practice group. Support practice development efforts and long term client relationship growth. Manage multiple transactional matters while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness. Collaborate across offices and practice teams to deliver high quality legal service. Qualifications Active and good standing California Bar admission required. Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from an American Bar Association accredited law school required. Senior-level experience advising on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, startups, corporate matters, and business transactions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while staying organized and detail oriented. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team focused environment. Interest in practice development, mentorship, and long term professional growth.
