Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring structure, leadership, and accountability to our day-to-day operations while helping elevate the experience we provide to our agents. This is more than an office management role. You'll be a key member of our leadership team, partnering directly with the Broker/Owner to improve systems, develop people, and help scale the brokerage. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the brokerage. Lead and support our administrative team. Develop and improve operational systems and workflows. Coordinate onboarding for new agents and ensure an exceptional first experience. Manage brokerage technology platforms and vendor relationships. Support recruiting and retention initiatives. Help plan and execute training events, meetings, and company initiatives. Assist in developing educational programs, accountability systems, and sales support for agents. Create processes that improve efficiency as the company continues to grow. Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long-term goals. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in real estate brokerage operations. Experience managing teams and developing people. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience creating systems and improving operational efficiency. Comfortable leading meetings and training sessions. Strong organizational and project management skills. Technology savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms. Problem solver who takes initiative without waiting to be asked. Positive attitude with a servant-leadership mindset.
