As an Operations Manager at Flix Brewhouse, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests by assisting the management team in managing daily operations, including food processes, projection procedures, and the development of team members. You will also be responsible for driving financial and operational performance, as well as guest experience. Responsibilities include: Managing daily operations across food, beverage, and cinema services. Driving financial and operational performance and guest satisfaction. Developing and training team members. Ensuring compliance with food handling and alcohol service requirements. Maintaining safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Managing labor to achieve a low turnover rate. Responding to guest feedback with empathy and effectiveness. Qualifications: Certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements (e.g., Serve Safe). Extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Proactive, innovative, and timely in daily work. Ability to support and empathize with guests when responding to feedback.
