Community Partners NH is seeking a dedicated Home Provider for a unique residential opportunity in Dover, NH. This role comes with housing in a two-bedroom condominium and offers a generous stipend. As a Home Provider, you will be a positive role model and mentor, enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. This position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and providing support in various aspects of daily living. Background checks are required.
