Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Wellington, FL We are advancing neuroscience and are seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to increase territory sales and develop relationships with customers and accounts. The role focuses on product promotion, strategic business development, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver Pfizer’s mission of breakthrough therapies. Responsibilities Drive sales in assigned territory. Engage with customers both face to face and virtually. Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, and live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize impact. Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments, using digital tools for engagement. Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities. Use product and disease state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations. Collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives. Complete all administrative expectations on time and compliantly. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or higher). Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: professional sales or promotional activity, small‑business ownership, marketing, customer service, account management, or relevant healthcare/scientific roles (RN, pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.). Full‑time military experience acceptable. Must live within 25 miles of the territory border, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, and meet company driving record standards. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medically related marketing. Strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management, outstanding communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability. Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products. Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets. Reside within the territory boundaries. Annual base salary range: $76,000 – $199,600. During initial new hire sales training, the candidate is classified as a salary non‑exempt employee with overtime pay; after certification, becomes an overtime exempt employee. Position offers an additional quarterly sales incentive bonus. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, additional retirement contribution, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, caregiver/parental leave, medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.
