About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategic initiatives in recruiting and workforce planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of full-time recruiters, optimizing selection processes, and ensuring the organization meets its growing talent needs. This role involves full lifecycle recruitment for all levels, from candidate sourcing to assessment, and requires a strong partnership with business leaders to understand and address talent acquisition challenges. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and maintaining effective relationships, providing leadership to the talent acquisition staff, and managing vendor relationships. A key focus is on building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline through innovative outreach strategies. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. The role demands a proven track record in attracting diverse, qualified talent, and experience in leading a team to achieve positive results. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various recruiting technologies, including social media, and have a strong background in competency-based assessment techniques. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment. The Executive Director must be a change agent, with the ability to innovate and foster dialogue across the organization.
