Corporate Paralegal

A growing organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its legal department in Miami. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on corporate matters, transactional support, contract administration, and day-to-day legal operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities Provide support for corporate transactions, including due diligence and closing coordination Assist with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and managing legal documentation and agreements Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and supporting materials as needed Coordinate and track legal matters, documentation, invoices, and related records Support legal department operations, administrative processes, and special projects Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information Assist with additional legal and operational responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required Paralegal certification preferred 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience required Experience supporting corporate transactions or M&A activity preferred Combination of law firm and in-house experience is a plus Financial services industry experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
