Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care efforts alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to enhance interdisciplinary support.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine therapeutic strategies.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will also serve vulnerable groups, including the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, providing essential mental health support tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
