Community Manager

Summary:The Community Manager serves as the strength of the property by administering and supervising the overall management of the property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the global governance of a multi-family property. Manages and coordinates team members’ daily activities and ensures the operations of the property complies with the Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws and regulations governing multifamily housing operations. A heavy emphasis is placed on compliance process for certifications and HAKC reporting.JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the overall management of a multi-family property.
