Weekends - RN / LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse- Eastern San Antonio

Job Summary Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Pay range: $27-$37/hr. Full‑time and part‑time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
