People Operations Specialist & Senior People Operations Manager

The People Operations Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of day-to-day People Operations processes across North America. The role manages HRIS, payroll, benefits, time off and leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, compliance support, reporting, and employee inquiries.

The position ensures operational processes are executed effectively while supporting the Senior People Operations Manager with governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. This is an execution-focused role.

Success in the Role:

• Accurate and timely execution of People Operations processes.
• High-quality employee data and HRIS transactions.
• Complete and accurate payroll and benefits inputs.
• Timely completion of employee lifecycle activities.
• Consistent adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Responsive and professional employee and manager support.
• Effective identification and escalation of issues.
• Reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Ownership and timely completion of assigned People Operations work.
